This, at its simpilest form is meditation.  The moments, space, time, and connection to yourself, the moment to become aware of your mind, your body, and your soul.  Mediation helps us to live a life with awareness, understanding, and connection to yourself.  To me, mediation is the opportunity to have a relationship with yourself.
