With it’s calming and peaceful effects, Amethyst is a good stone to use when releasing addictions. Can assist in bringing in balance in your highs and lows. 

When used during meditation practices, helps to allow that peaceful space to you desire during a meditation.  It also can enhance your meditation by lifting the energy to an enlightened space, deepening your Divine Connection.
